In 1996 a grain ship, “Bright Field,” was heading down the Mississippi River near New Orleans, when it lost control, veered toward the shore and crashed into a riverside shopping mall. The impact demolished parts of the wharf and injured 116 people. According to the Coast Guard investigation, the ship’s owner and crew had failed to repair long-standing engine problems. This is a clear example of not doing what you should do and receiving the consequences of bad decisions.

The Devil deceived Eve into thinking that there would be no consequences for eating the forbidden fruit (Gen. 3:1-7). God said, “But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, ye shall not eat of it lest ye die” (v.3) The Devil said, “Ye shall not surely die.” (v.4) Eve dilly-dallied with the temptation and contemplated the possibilities that the Devil had suggested and threw away all restrain and ate the fruit!  Why?  The Devil deceived her into thinking that there would be no consequences for sin.

The Devil continues to lie to us today and tells our society that a little sin won’t hurt, a little indulgence is not a problem, a little transgression will never hurt anybody! The Devil tells us that we are only human and go ahead and enjoy sin. The Bible says, “The way of the transgressor is hard.” ( Prov. 13:15)

Our society believes that it can live in disobedience to God’s will by practicing homosexuality and never suffer the consequences. The scriptures teach that there will be consequences for our actions. “Be not deceived: God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth unto his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption: but he that soweth unto the spirit shall of the spirit reap eternal life.” (Gal. 6:7-8) This basic principle applies to the physical world and spiritual realm as well. The word, “mocked” is a Greek word (mukterizete:) which means to turn one’s nose up at God. The point is that if a person sows to the flesh (homosexuality and sinful living) and turns up his nose at God, he shall go the way of all flesh, -- die and face the judgment of God where there will be consequences. (reap destruction – Gal. 6:8)

The scriptures emphasize the consequences of sin in other verses. Ezekiel said, “The soul that sinneth, it shall die.” (Ez. 18:4) Paul said, “The wages of sin is death.” (Rom. 6:23)  Over and over, again and again, the Bible under all circumstances, emphasizes that we reap what we sow and that sin is always followed by consequences.

There is rebellion in the hearts and in the behavior of many people in our society today. In view of the fact that sin will always have consequences, what can we predict for the future? According to the basic law of sowing and reaping, the answer can best be given in the words of the prophet Hosea, “They sow the wind and they shall reap the whirlwind.” (Hos. 8:7) There is one time of sowing (while alive), and there will be two times of reaping. We reap in this life and also reap beyond this life in the hereafter. Sin brings forth its consequences both here and hereafter.

People may do things without realizing the consequences of their actions, but one day there is going to be an accounting! (Rev. 21:8)

The Deep State will go to virtually any lengths to maintain the status quo of corruption that individuals are actively subverting the will of the American people! It is time that conservative Americans and Christians fight for what is right. Some believe that remaining silent will keep them out of the cross-hairs, but it is time to take up the fight.

As Christians, we must decide if we are going to fight the corrupt Deep State or retreat to the tenuous safety of our own little bubble.

The false mainstream media labels President Trump’s allies as enemies of the state and continually assails their reputation. At the end of the day, if we do not stand up for the principles of truth, we will fall for anything. In this case, it will be falling for false narratives designed to bring down our president in his efforts to restore America to Christian values. The truth is that further surrendering to the Deep State will destroy America as we know it today.

We need to fight the left-wing thugs, liars, intimidators, pedophiles and globalists. Those of us who truly want moral purity, honesty, and freedom restored must fight for what is right.

Washington politicians, both Democrats and Republicans, refusal to condemn the anarchists wreaking violent havoc across our nation exposes a desperation indicating something much more sinister is going on. On February 24, 2017, President Trump announced an initiative to aggressively pursue the prosecution of human traffickers and their pedophile clients. The president was reacting to information that had been provided to him by NYPD detectives and confirmed by FBI agents after viewing contents of Anthony Weiner’s laptop. One FBI agent said, “There is enough for the entire government to be brought down.”

By April 2, 2017, the war against pedophilia had resulted in 3,000 arrests. The Deep State has ramped up its efforts to end the Trump presidency before these deviants can be arrested and brought out into the light.

Most citizens will dismiss the possibility of such sordid behavior by our high-level elected government officials but need to consider a similar scandal in the United Kingdom where a pedophile ring operated at the highest levels of British society. The United Nations’ role in covering up similarly disgusting abuses within its organization is well documented in the British newspaper, THE GUARDIAN.

On May 27, 2017, just two weeks prior to being targeted for assassination, Representative Steve Scalise posted a video on YouTube and said, “Human trafficking is a direct assault on our core values.” The bottom line is that the Deep Statedoes not want to lose control over the twisted child predators who do their bidding. The Bible says, “Righteousness exalteth a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.”

The Deep State is eroding our Constitution and is working to destabilize our government for their own corrupt purposes. Ancient civilizations have flourished as long as they respected decency and dignity of the individual but have fallen when they became corrupt.

“Sin is a reproach to any people,” because it creates a civilization characterized by shame and disgrace. Sin, on a national level, evidences itself by disregard of moral principles, by corruption and finally dissolution. When the nation of Israel became corrupt, God’s people said, “What portion have we in this government; to your tents, O Israel” (I Kings 12:16). This same declaration of war is needed now to fight the corrupt Deep State for what is right.
